Bernie Needs Love is, in essence, a simple platformer in which the player must guide
Bernie, a nice but anguished old man chased by death, towards his girlfriend — while
avoiding the many hazards of a poorly maintained yet beautiful city and collecting
blue 'love-enhancing' pills to make it an extra-special night.
We have just released a pre-purchase campaign on Desura which should last until March
31: the Windows version is available with a 50% discounted price and ready for download
immediately after payment confirmation. As more levels and features are developed,
we'll keep both the commercial and the demo builds updated — but always with more
content being added to the paid version. We plan 30 levels for the full version,
while the demo will remain offering the first 5 stages.
